Why was this specific mechanism chosen?
Since the price starts high it combats bots from sniping all the tokens in the first bloc.k
Whales who try to buy all the coins at once won't be able to as it forces the price up too much due to the price impact.

What can I buy with?
You can buy presale tokens with USDC and sufficient ETH to pay for gas.
We will hold a poll to check if there is high demand to allow allow USDC with Polygon to pay for gas.

Why is there a whitelist program?
We take compliance with regulations seriously to ensure this is a multi-year project that won't be shut down or subject to overly harsh penalties. We need to be doubly cautious with our approach as SatoshiStreetBets already has the spotlight shone brightly on it and by extension SatoshiSwap isn't a random, small project that can operate below-the-radar.
Even with SatoshiSwap being a clear utility token with autonomous governance features baked-in, the SEC has made it clear they will pursue the founders of projects that are seen to have raised funds in a way that breaks their legal minefield of rules. Therefore we have a KYC and AML program as part of the whitelist process and will be unable to whitelist potential participants from "high-risk" countries.

After the auction ends, tokens will be paused. We will then create the SatoshiSwap token on BSC and the meme token on ETH and you will be able to claim your tokens at the same time they go live on Uniswap and Pancakeswap as per the

We've built a whitelisting mechanism directly into the token being used for the presale auction. Attempts to buy during the presale auction from addresses which have not been whitelisted via the will fail.
